Robin De Ponthual is a 2005 Selle Francais gelding by Elf D’or out of Io De La Grange. Bred in France by Dr. Pierre Puisset, Robin is a true legend of the sport having competed in the FEI World Cup Finals in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2016, the FEI World Cup Finals in Leipzig, Germany in 2022, and the FEI Nations Cup Final CSIO5* in Barcelona, Spain. In addition to his team performances, Robin also won the CP Grand Prix at Spruce Meadows CSI5* in 2016, as well as placed second in the $380,000 Pan American CSI5* Grand Prix at Spruce Meadows.
